Our look may be new, but the spirit behind OE 324 remains the same. It goes back to our roots of hard work, community involvement and innovative thinking. Our refreshed brand will help us convey who we really are: A strong leader in the Michigan construction industry with a highly trained, skilled, safe, diverse and trustworthy workforce.
Read the letter from our Business Manager, Douglas W. Stockwell to see why this change was so important for us.
The steam gauge is an iconic representation of our hard-working trade. It represents our history. More than that, it represents our future. In that spirit, our new logo incorporates elements of the steam gauge and uses similar colors, so there is a connection to our heritage. The notches of the gauge shine outward as a symbol of our bright future. We feel that our new logo appropriately mirrors the modern and innovative approach that defines our proud organization.
Our new website has one overarching goal: Provide appealing, easy to access information about OE 324. The new design is bold, intuitive, and flexible. The content is easy-to-navigate. The minimal copy is by design. We want to tell our fascinating story with well-chosen words, dynamic photos and compelling videos. Potential Members and Contractors alike will be able to find everything they need to know about us. That’s how great relationships start.
Built using the mobile-first approach, our new branding will look great and function well on any device, including tablets, laptops and desktops. With a fluid grid as the foundation and independently responsive design, you can’t go wrong. Simply put, every aspect of OE 324 has been finely tuned to maximize an enhanced user experience.
Of course, our rebranding didn’t stop with a new logo and website. It extends to every aspect we have, including our printed materials and promotions. This way, you’ll recognize OE 324 whenever and wherever you see it.
We took our brand one step further, by looking at todays millennials. There are many paths a youth can take, and so we wanted to reach out to youth by creating a career event display that would attract them to consider becoming an Operating Engineer.
