IUOE’s New Paid Maternity Leave Benefit

The IUOE is excited to announce, in partnership with Parento, the launch of our new Paid Maternity Leave benefit, designed to support you and your growing family. This benefit is a testament to our unwavering support for our hard-working members through every stage of their careers. With paid maternity leave, we’re investing in what matters most – your family and your future.
Starting April 1, 2025, eligible members in both the United States and Canada can access up to twelve (12) weeks of paid maternity leave to bond with their new child. In coordination with Parento, eligible members will also have access to a suite of parent-friendly programming, articles, and resources.

- Financial Security: Eligible members may be able to receive up to 12 weeks of paid maternity leave, allowing you to focus on your growing family without worry. This is especially important for our members in states that lack Paid Family Leave.
